Results of PK-70 Peshawar-V Bye-Election held on 22 August 2013

The Bye-Election was held on 22nd August 2013 in Provincial Khyber Pakhtunkhawah Assembly constituency PK-70 Peshawar-V. Azam Khan Durrani from Jamiat Ulama-e-islam (f) got 24291 votes and was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA). The first runner up was Malik Adnan Khan from Pakistan Tehreek-e-insaf who got 19756 votes. Total 5 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates participated in the Bye-Election. There were total 128360 voters registered in PK-70, out of which 45218 votes were polled out, 44577 votes were valid and 641 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 35.23 % for PK-70 constituency of National Assembly.
