Results of PS-95 Korangi Karachi-IV Bye-Election held on 22 August 2013

The Bye-Election was held on 22nd August 2013 in Provincial Sindh Assembly constituency PS-95 Korangi Karachi-IV. Muhammas Hussain Khan from Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan got 43303 votes and was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA). The first runner up was Muhamamd Jamil Zia from Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians who got 1934 votes. Total 11 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates participated in the Bye-Election. There were total 151260 voters registered in PS-95, out of which 48253 votes were polled out, 47802 votes were valid and 451 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 31.90 % for PS-95 constituency of National Assembly.
