پروفیسر رشید حسرت
برف پہ چاند کی کِرنوں نے تیرا نام لِکھا
جیسے رادھاؔ نے ھر اِک بانسُری پہ شامؔ لِکھا
کِتنے خُوش رنگ صحِیفوں کے عِوض اُترے ہیں
یُوں ہی نینوں کو تیرے میں نے نہِیں جام لِکھا
صُبح پُھوٹی ھے کِناروں سے تِرے آنچل کے
شام نے کھو کے تیری زُلف میں انجام لِکھا
معرکے عِشق کے کِتنے ہی کِیئے سر لیکِن
پس مجھے کاتبِ تقدِیر نے ناکام لِکھا
پہلے دیوِی نے مُجھے پُوجنے پہ اُکسایا
پِھر مِرے نام پہ اِلزام ہی اِلزام لِکھا
مُجھ کو کاذِب کی گواہی نے کِیا مات مگر
میں نے اِس ہار کو بھی وقت کا اِنعام لِکھا
کیوں کرُوں اُن سے بِچھڑنے کا گِلہ اے حسرتؔ
ساتھ چلنا تھا مُقدّر میں ہی دو گام لِکھا
