جب یہ مرتے ہوئے جینے کی دعا دی تم نے
چارہ گر تیری قسم مجھ کو قضا دی تم نے
ایک حسرت تھی کہ پوشیدہ و ملبوس رہوں
چند بالشت قبا تھی جو جلا دی تم نے
احمد! اب کس سے کہے اور گلہ کون سنے
جرم ایسے بھی نہ تھے جیسی سزا دی تم نے
