نہ پرکشش ہے نہ آشنا ہے
مگر وہ چہرہ بھلا لگا ہے
ہرے جزیرے پہ زرد بادل
ہواؤں کو آج کیا ہوا ہے
کسی کی آنکھوں میں رات ٹھہری
کسی کی راتوں میں دن گھلا ہے
تری اداسی کا یہ دبستاں
کہیں کہیں سے جلا ہوا ہے
ہواؤ بوندوں کو راستہ دو
زمیں کا سینہ چٹخ رہا ہے
مری محبت کا سبز موسم
تری کمی میں ٹھہر گیا ہے

hawao bundon ko rasta do
zamin ka sina chaTaKH raha hai
meri mohabbat ka sabz mausam
teri kami mein Thahar gaya hai
