یاد کر میں بھی تیرے دل کا مکیں ہوتا تھا

یاد کر میں بھی ترے دل کا مکیں ہوتا تھا

جب کہ تُو اب سے کہیں بڑھ کے حسیں ہوتا تھا

اے مرے زود فراموش زرا یاد تو کر

میں گئی رُت میں تری جانِ گزیں ہوتا تھا

دیکھ کاٹی ہے شب ہجر بھی اس نے جس سے

آنکھ میں بال بھی برداشت نہیں ہوتا تھا

اول اول کی محبت بھی عجب تھی اے دوست

چوٹ لگتی تھی کہیں درد کہیں ہوتا تھا

دیکھتے ہم بھی اسے غیر سے ملتے جلتے

یہ سبھی کام مگر زیرِ زمیں ہوتا تھا

وہ بھی کیا دن تھے کہ دیدار نہ ہوتا جب تک

فیصلؔ اپنا تو گزارا ہی نہیں ہوتا تھا
