PS-113 Sindh Assembly KKarachi West-II - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Sindh Election, Askari Taqvi from Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan was elected as Member Sindh Assembly MPA, and got 24232 votes, the second runner up was Saleem Zia from Pakistan Muslim League (N) who got 15533 votes. 11 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 165424 voters registered in PS-113, out of which 46437 votes were polled out, 45141 votes were valid and 1296 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 29.87 % for PS-113 constituency of Sindh.
