در و دیوار پہ پڑھتا رہوں نوحہ کل کا

اس اجالے سے تو بہتر ہے اندھیرا کر دو

اے مرے غم کی چٹانو کبھی مل کر ٹوٹو

اس قدر زور سے چیخو مجھے بہرا کر دو

جا رہے ہو تو مرے خواب بھی لیتے جاؤ

دل اجاڑا ہے تو آنکھوں کو بھی صحرا کر دو

کچھ نہیں ہے تو یہ پندار جنوں ہے کیسر

تم کو مل جائے گریباں تو تماشا کر دو
