PK-61 Khyber Pakhtunkhawah Assembly Nowshera-I - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Khyber Pakhtunkhawah Election, Maulvi Obedullah from Independent was elected as Member Khyber Pakhtunkhawah Assembly MPA, and got 4635 votes, the second runner up was Molana Dildar Ahmad from Mutthida majlis-e-amal pakistan who got 4537 votes. 7 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 84564 voters registered in PK-61, out of which 20527 votes were polled out, 20265 votes were valid and 262 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 23.5 % for PK-61 constituency of Khyber Pakhtunkhawah.
