PK-73 Khyber Pakhtunkhawah Assembly Peshawar-VIII - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Khyber Pakhtunkhawah Election, Akram Khan Durani from Mutthida majlis-e-amal pakistan was elected as Member Khyber Pakhtunkhawah Assembly MPA, and got 16325 votes, the second runner up was Baz Muhammad Khan from Awami National Party who got 5500 votes. 6 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 82327 voters registered in PK-73, out of which 37642 votes were polled out, 37090 votes were valid and 591 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 45.72 % for PK-73 constituency of Khyber Pakhtunkhawah.
