PS-51 Sindh Assembly Tando Allahyar-I - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Sindh Election, Syed Ali Nawaz Shah Rizvi from Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians was elected as Member Sindh Assembly MPA, and got 44185 votes, the second runner up was Mir Muhammad Ghulam from Pakistan Muslim League who got 23309 votes. 13 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 145434 voters registered in PS-51, out of which 70907 votes were polled out, 68506 votes were valid and 1991 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 48.75 % for PS-51 constituency of Sindh.
