PS-129 Sindh Assembly Karachi Central-VII - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Sindh Election, Haji Muzafar Ali Shujra from Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians was elected as Member Sindh Assembly MPA, and got 32985 votes, the second runner up was Muhammad Alam Jamot from Independent who got 12854 votes. 20 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 208556 voters registered in PS-129, out of which 64628 votes were polled out, 63524 votes were valid and 1104 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 30.98 % for PS-129 constituency of Sindh.
