PP-284 Punjab Assembly Layyah-V - Results in 2013 Provincial General Election

In 2013 General Provincial Punjab Election, Muhammad Naeem Anwar from Mohajir Qaumi Movement Pakistan was elected as Member Punjab Assembly MPA, and got 26665 votes, the second runner up was Kashif Naveed Pansota from Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians who got 25903 votes. 19 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2013, there were total 156228 voters registered in PP-284, out of which 100831 votes were polled out, 97672 votes were valid and 3159 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 64.54 % for PP-284 constituency of Punjab.
