PP-149 Punjab Assembly Lahore-VI - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Punjab Election, Rana Mashood Ahmad Khan from Pakistan Muslim League (N) was elected as Member Punjab Assembly MPA, and got 36212 votes, the second runner up was Pir Syed Nazim Hussain Shah from Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians who got 15460 votes. 10 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 161712 voters registered in PP-149, out of which 56256 votes were polled out, 55488 votes were valid and 826 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 34.8 % for PP-149 constituency of Punjab.
