PP-24 Punjab Assembly Chakwal-IV - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Punjab Election, Chaudhary Muhammad Saqlain from Independent was elected as Member Punjab Assembly MPA, and got 44019 votes, the second runner up was Dr. Abdul Qayyum Chaudhary from Pakistan Muslim League who got 26369 votes. 6 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 163383 voters registered in PP-24, out of which 88158 votes were polled out, 84288 votes were valid and 3938 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 53.95 % for PP-24 constituency of Punjab.
