PP-177 Punjab Assembly Kasur-IV - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Punjab Election, Haji Muhammad Naeem Safdar Ansari from Pakistan Muslim League (N) was elected as Member Punjab Assembly MPA, and got 30677 votes, the second runner up was Syed Muzzafar Hassan Kazmi from Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians who got 9712 votes. 8 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 130176 voters registered in PP-177, out of which 59496 votes were polled out, 57723 votes were valid and 1832 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 45.70 % for PP-177 constituency of Punjab.
