PP-34 Punjab Assembly Gujrat-VII - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Punjab Election, Ejaz Ahmed Kahloon from Independent was elected as Member Punjab Assembly MPA, and got 15944 votes, the second runner up was Ch. Muhammad Tabraiz Gill from Pakistan Muslim League (N) who got 14740 votes. 13 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 152413 voters registered in PP-34, out of which 40145 votes were polled out, 39641 votes were valid and 504 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 26.34 % for PP-34 constituency of Punjab.
