PP-76 Punjab Assembly Sargodha-V - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Punjab Election, Mehr Sultan Sikandar Bharwana from Pakistan Muslim League was elected as Member Punjab Assembly MPA, and got 23759 votes, the second runner up was Nawab Khurram Abbas Sial from Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians who got 17980 votes. 10 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 163120 voters registered in PP-76, out of which 76234 votes were polled out, 72835 votes were valid and 3417 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 46.7 % for PP-76 constituency of Punjab.
