NA-232 National Assembly Thatta - Results in 2008 General Election

In 2008 General National Assembly Election, Rafique Ahmed Jamali from Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians was elected as Member National Assembly MNA, and got 87467 votes, the second runner up was Liquat Ali Khan Jatoi from Pakistan Muslim League who got 34019 votes. 10 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 389936 voters registered in NA-232, out of which 125414 votes were polled out, 122176 votes were valid and 3234 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 32 % for NA-232 constituency of National Assembly.
