PP-174 Punjab Assembly Kasur-I - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Punjab Election, Rai Muhammad Aslam Khan from Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians was elected as Member Punjab Assembly MPA, and got 23256 votes, the second runner up was Agha Ali Haidar from Pakistan Muslim League who got 16807 votes. 10 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 111499 voters registered in PP-174, out of which 63696 votes were polled out, 60930 votes were valid and 2766 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 57.1 % for PP-174 constituency of Punjab.
